At PrimeFinish and Auto Sales Limited, we value your time and ours. To ensure a seamless scheduling experience and uphold the quality of our services, we have established the following cancellation and deposit policies.
Deposit Requirement
Mandatory Deposit: A deposit of $5,000 JMD or $50 USD is required to secure any detailing service appointment.
Application of Deposit: This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Payment Methods: Deposits can be made via bank transfer, credit or debit card
Rescheduling Policy
Notice Period: You may reschedule your appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty or loss of deposit.

Cancellation Policy
First Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be retained and can be applied to a future booking.
Subsequent Cancellations: A second cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Weather & Operational Delays
Company-Initiated Cancellations: If PrimeFinish and Auto Sales Limited must cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly, and your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment, based on your preference.
Additional Terms
Right to Decline Service: PrimeFinish and Auto Sales Limited reserves the right to decline service at any time and issue a full refund of any deposit made.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, at our discretion.
Preparation for Service: Please ensure that your vehicle is accessible and that all personal belongings are removed before the appointment.
